Great well rounded kit.

I think it's nice having the 12v small screw driver for regular day to day tasks and then when needed you always have the powerful 20v drill. Lithium ion batteries all around so the batteries tend to last longer, are lighter, less self discharge when not using and no memory effect. Very nice well rounded kit by Dewalt and I also got a great price on it.

Quality tools at an affordable price

I saw the box that a friend of mine bought and did some research on this set. I bought it and have not regretted it one bit. They are a quality built set that will last a very long time. Even though the screw gun is only 12 volt it has more "power" than the 19.2 volt Craftsman drill/driver I had previously. I charges all three batteries when I first got the kit and 2 months later they are still holding a good charge. I haven't used the 20 volt drill that much but I have used the 12 volt screw gun quite a bit and still has plenty of power left. I would highly recommend these tools to anyone that asks. The old saying is still true, you get what you pay for. Don't waste your time buying cheap tools because in the long run they end up costing you more in replacements and aggravation with there lack of capability and longevity.
