Please read entire review,I bought this, using my way rewards through Sears account, Tyler Tools/CPO would not release my review so I'm doing it here at Amazon (Amazon has my respect, they allow the good with the bad, and let their customers right reviews.. even if its some what of a bad one) hoping this review will help others.Hammer Drill: (3.5/5.0 stars), Dings, few dents, (words)RECON 1/4" stamped on top of drill, wood-shavings in chuck, sparks jumping out from brushes, runs smooth even under long-run-times, has good torque.Impact driver: (3.25/5.0 stars), Dings, two tiny dents, minor scratches, (words)RECON 1/4" stamped on handle of drill, looks almost new, no adjustments to power, some fittings tough to engage, sparks jumping out from brushes, runs real smooth w/ out any effort, good torque.Circular Saw: (3.75/5.0 stars), (words)RECON 1/4" stamped on top of saw, massive usage on bottom plate, several dings or dents, wood shavings in several crevices, no parts are missing, runs smooth, see brushes throwing a few little sparks at stop, cuts into (treated) 4x4's like butter, wished the power safety lock was a button, rather than that of a fin, LED light (great area for the light), in front works well.Rip Saw: (4.75/5.0 stars), (words)RECON 1/4" stamped on handle of saw, like new, maybe used 2/4-times, haven't used yet, it seems like its going to work well as compared to my (no-brand) corded one, no sparks present, would of gave five stars if the branding of RECON was not stamped on the body "this tool is the prime example of what you should get in all of these tools", LED light directly in front works perfect.Hybrid Light: (4.25/5.0 stars), (words)RECON 1/4" stamped on side, slightly used, minor scuffs, few dings, some rubber slightly damaged, button for on & off.. some times hard to work, works great over all !Charger: (4.75/5.0 stars), (words)RECON 1/4" stamped on back, like new, few minor dings and scratches, charging times are great, but one of the two battery's had a problem charging, at four, three, two bars.. had to drain it all the way to one bar to get it charging again, the other battery.. charged w/no problems (at any number bar)., even the battery's had RECON branded on them.. "WTH"..Contractors bag: dirty, faded orange & black, minor scuffing, you could tell its been extremely used., haha.. at least Ridgid didn't brand the bag, trust me I looked.The LED.. don't have a off & on button, they come on when the tool gets used and shut off a few seconds after you quit using the tool, would of been better if the light could be turned on only when you need it, their is a button that lets you turn on the light even if your not using the tool, witch is nice.Over all, my review is not based on Tyler Tool's, but the product from the manufacture, I could tell that Tyler-tools did not do the work on these, Ridgid did the work, they came to me in the manufactures box, Ridgid did a poor job, didn't do any work to these tools physically, all they did is test them & brand / stamp them, you would be better off going to a pawn shop or a different brand.Please understand, Ridgid makes a good product, I would recommend buying these tools new through H.D. your better off, you'll get the lifetime warranty, instead of a 1yr warranty for the few bucks more.. you'll spend its worth it., don't forget, if you buy these any place besides H.D. you will not get the life time warranty !Tyler-tools is not at fault "!" would I buy recondition tools again.. maybe, if they are gone through, parts are replaced & cleaned & if they want to use RECON /REFAB at locations that are hidden, I might.. but when we pay a few bucks less to get recondition products instead of new, the tool should be like new or close to it "Period" not some-thing thats been used, checked to see it works, boxed and resold, the end.

I'm owned dewalt, ryobi, craftsman, and a few others and this set outperforms in EVERY catagory. My only complaint was the lack of warranty information, and the tools are stamped reconditioned. These tools perform as if they were brand new, I could rant and rave all day, have a question feel free to ask.

Tools are great however one of the batteries will not take a charge. Battery went through only one charge cycle.
