expectations surpassed

I expected a reconditioned set of tools to at least have 1, 2 scratches on them. These were not the case. Everything looked brand new as it would off the shelf. Have not had any problems w them at all. Iam constantly using the impact on cat projects and it has yet to let me down. Takes all the strain out of wrenching by hand, which makes me less fatigued, and also allows me to get more done per session.

Best drill set on the market, in my opinion.

This was a factory reconditioned set. It arrived in perfect condition and both drills have been a joy to use. I especially like the ease in changing drill bits and other attachments, as well as the more powerful, yet smaller 20-volt lithium-ion battery.

So I called CPO and was told, send them back as we want your units to be "LIKE NEW" and up to the highest standards. I was delayed in returning and THEY WERE BOTH understanding and very supportive with no hassle rather hope things got better and sent out the replacements right away! They now have earned my business.OLD REVIEW - The "instructions" are a joke. SMALL COPIES of the original that you need better than 20/20 vision. Also, they have a smell of burnt oil, hopefully that is normal and will disappear after using for a while. I have always used power (plug-in) drills so I am not sure if this is normal or why they were returned.
